fabulous country and a fabulous shot! where?!?

Here's a pic of mine on it's way home to California. I picked it up in Santa Fe, NM around this time of year 2 years ago. Beautiful area of the country. Too bad it was so hot. Close to Cali/Arizona border, the temp read 118. Took this pic at the painted desert.

Well... I've been there, but I had a rental nissan pathfinder. Does that count?? I'll dig through my pictures later. ;)

Is that the Grand Canyon? If so, then yeah, I've been there with the SVX. An awesome sight. And just got back from a 2700+ mile trip from MD to Key West, Fl. Saw one other SVX while staying in Miami ('93 with tinted windows), but the owner didn't notice me. A sad sight because the car was in horrible shape. :(

Lots of driving but a fun trip. My girlfreind accused me of gloating because the valets in the hotel we stayed at kept saying what a nice car it was and that they'd never seen one. :D

Nice pictures! I'm up for another Road Trip. :D
