That's how mine is installed. It came with an installation kit, but it was REALLY hot that day and i was all about getting it up and running as quickly as possible. still holding a few months later. :D

I went to the Vans' Warped Tour Today, duct tape was definately the car accessory of choice. One car had BOTH side mirrors being held on by duct tape. My car on the otherhand is duct tape free :D
