Ever see a 2-spoke wheel?
Saw a black Dodge Magnum R/T wagon today with black wheels and one continuous chrome spoke.
Tires were Nitto 255/30R24 Wanted to take a picture with my cellphone but would not be able to upload it. This is the wheel. Available in 22" x 9" and 24" x 9 " http://www.statuswheels.com/image.ph...me_inserts.jpg Also in all chrome. Wonder how it looks in motion? A balancing nightmare? http://www.statuswheels.com/image.ph...815_chrome.jpg Here is the website: http://www.statuswheels.com/ . |

Re: Ever see a 2-spoke wheel?
I remember that Dayle at Motorsport Warehouse had some 2 spokes fitted to an SVX many years ago...Dayle care to post the old photos that you used to have on your web site?.

Re: Ever see a 2-spoke wheel?
what about these -
http://nz.bing.com/images/search?q=h...heel&FORM=IGRE there was an italian (or Swiss) designer in the 80s / 90s that developed the original hubless wheel, used on both motorbikes & cars, his name is Franco Sbarro. |

Re: Ever see a 2-spoke wheel?
It's just not natural, like a single spoke steering wheel on a Citroen. The eye likes to see the forces distributed evenly.
