Ground Control Part Number

Is there a part number for the Ground Control coilovers used in the Koni/GC setup that fit the svx?

Re: Ground Control Part Number

you need to call Ground control (530) 677-8600 and get them over the phone..> They are not listed on their site..

You can chose any spring rate you want but the rates they suggest are really nice for daily driving with the occasional race. I have 450 front 415 rears and I love them, little harsh on bumps but not bad at all

Thanks Tom, I'll be contacting you once I receive the koni's and gc's to do the welding.

Please do post up the numbers when you get them. I"ll be needing to do something about my suspension sooner than I thought and having numbers is helpfull to save everyone time.

More like 430 front and 315 rears :)

BTW, can someone provide the exact diameter of the OEM strut housing of the SVX?

Thanks!

Guys? Anyone for info concerning the SVX strut housing diameters? (front and rear?)

Thanks!

I think I have 325f/280r and I find it a bit softer than I'd like.

My last car with coilovers had 500f/400r, and it was too hard for daily driving, but that car had maybe half the suspension travel that the SVX has. Railroad crossings were murder on the car. But I wimped out this time. Rolls too much in hard cornering.

I currently have the 450f/350r setup and I love it. Can't wait to see how it handles after I have the 50/50 power split from the 5 speed. :D

Then comes swaybars and endlinks:cool:

If you have a set outside a car and can get me some measurements I would greatly appreciate it.

Danny,
Do you need ID or OD?

I have a set that is gutted and awaiting Koni inserts. I can get you the numbers tomorrow.
