Reading 9 Itinerary
 

Here is a rough Itinerary for Reading 9

Friday;
Some are arriving in the afternoon, most of the Friday activity involves last minute car finishing and socializing. This will last late into the night and take place in the parking lot around the cars and in the bar of the hotel.

Saturday;
7:00 - Maple Grove Raceway - Gates open for registration.
9:00 - Maple Grove Raceway - Racing begins, most SVX participants will be eliminated by 1:00.
9:00-1:00 - Hotel Parking Lot - Welcome and meet each other. Hang out, get lunch.
1:00 - Hotel Parking Lot - Group photo
2:00-5:00 - Hotel Parking Lot - Rally - The rally starts from the parking lot, cars will leave a few minutes apart. The rally should take 1-2 hours to drive.
5:00-8:00 - Dinner - At Cafe 110 or another of the local restaurants of your choice.
9:00 - Hotel Parking Lot - Raffle, first we will raffle off the 50/50 and all the other donated items, then we will raffle the car.
10:00-?? - Hotel parking Lot - Party


Sunday;
Morning - Hotel Parking Lot - Gather and trade stories and good byes. Clean up the mess we left in the parking lot.

In case of crappy weather, most of the parking lot activities will move into the hotel bar. But there will still be some of us idiots standing outside in the rain. :cool: :rolleyes:

been training for the last couple weeks... I should be good to go for reading:D:D:D

That is a good idea. I have also talked these two into coming with me (masked critters) to help me gather drinks from unsuspecting members. :lol: :lol: :lol: Hold onto your Asti!! :D

If you anyone is in contact with folks that may be attending but don't spend much time on the board, please let them know at least the basic times for events;

2:00 Rally
9:00 Raffle

Any way we can get a decent sized poster with the itinerary (Or the abridged version) on a poster board somewhere obvious? Mabey the hotel lobby, or near the tent? mabey have a pe to sign in, just to see how many people came?

What time do you plan on getting there on Friday? If you give the hotel a print out, they should be able to get a copy to everyone that checks in. I can work on making the itinerary into a word doc. John, do you have a contact that we could email it to??
