Farewell!

I sold my SVX about a month ago... Not that I didn't like it... i just wanted something more... nimble and... sporty :). and I now have my new car... RX7 Turbo II, series 5. I just wanted to thank everyone on the forum for all their help, and I hope those stebros are working well for all those people I've set up the group buy for. Feel free to contact me at rosrock@hotmail.com if you wanna keep in touch... I might check the board every once in a while... But thank you to EVERYONE for your help, generousity, kindness, and patience :)

In the meantime, enjoy the pics!

the rx looks GREAT!!! i had a non-turbo some years ago, and found it a blast to drive. the near perfect weight distribution allowed it to turn on a dime.

enjoy (but get a radar detector asap)

enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best wishes and good luck Ticallion.

Car looks real good. I thought you meant the later US designed one, which I love. These are very cool though.

A friend of mine in Kerry has a Mark I with a factory turbo, nice car and in great condition.

He also has a full works racing factory Mark I, hardly recognisable from the original with wings, body kits and perspex instead of glass. Bit of an animal it is, but tends to do gallons to the mile instead of miles per gallon:D :D

Hope you enjoy it, and drop in on us big heavy coupe types anytime you fancy!;)

Joe:)

hey, may i ask how much you paid and what year it is? Checked on autotrader, and wow! is that car ever so much more than an SVX. Crazy! But awesome looking

Good luck with the new car. Hate to see you go. :)

YOUR WHEELS ARE ON BACKWARDS!!!!

Ticallion 07-20-2003 09:39 AM

Which wheels, you crackhead! :P MY RX7 has non-directional wheels! :P

Thanks to everyone for the comments :P feel free to drop me a line as I'm sure my account will remain active :P

Unfortunately though, i've received news that my SVX has not gone to a good home :( My mechanic recognized my car when the new owner brought it in. The guy fills it up with 87 octane, the tranny feels like **** now apperantly, when it was perfectly fine when I owned it... and it's misfiring @ idle! :( HE'S KILLING MY EX BABY!!!! He's only owned it for 2 months and he's beating the last remaining **** out of her :(

So it's unfortunate to say that you guys will soon have a 92 svx ls-l that will be parted out soon, if he keeps mistreating her.

That bastard, I think the car should be removed from his abusive household and sold to a better enviroment.
