Black & Tan Owners speak up

1 Attachment(s)
the yr and color combo I think rates up there with
laguna blues and other hard to find combos....
I was lucky to pick up a nice low mileage one a few months
ago outta Ca.
And by the looks of it, this combo is as popular as ever with
buyers..

this one on ebay is getting nuts..

I was lucky enough to get mine with the 50/50 split fold down back seat too.
Almost hate to mod mine, but I have to do a few things to it
coming up soon :)

That ebay one is really made to look nice. Very shiny! They missed out a couple small details like one clip to hold the engine cover and it's a little dirty under the sunroof.

It is shiney, but most cars always look good in pics
I can see normal wear on the paint etc...

I think its a nice car, but whats really helping it sell
overall is the combination.

I think it would take better pics outside in natural lite

I agree with you, Dayle. Black & Tan is one hell of a great looking combination.

I really like those colors. At that price and the rate it's going, the curious wording near the bottom: "Rear end has a jump at take off..." would concern me a bit, though.

yeah, read that too
guess the bidders arent reading it thru
because that could be the start of a bad front or rear diff.

Black and black combo

I've been PMing Need for Speed in California, and I'm surprised to learn that the UK model I have comes in black and black, and that is not a combination you guys get.

Is that so? It is kinda dark in there, but snug in a way. The seats are black leather, the carpets are black, the rooflining and sunvisors are grey velour. The only hint of colour is the pale purple ecsaine around the doors and across the dash.

The fake wood looks much the same as your black and beige has, and is different from the JDM stuff, which is more of a marbled texture, hardly like wood at all in fact. Rear seatback is all the one piece though [93 car]

Joe:)

Wow! I had no idea them black & tans came with an H-10 engine.

Ron. (sparking controversy).

That' why the belt guard is missing across the front. It's where they fitted the extra 4 plugs!

:D
