Removal of dash pad

Does anyone have ind formation on how to remove the suede dash pad on the passenger side of the dash, above the glove box. Even with the glove box assembly I cannot figure how it is attached.

I din't think that remival of the entire dash is necessary. Any insights are very much appreciated
