HUGE SVX TV Sighting on Local News
 

On the 5:00 Ch 11 news in pittsburgh today they did a very long investigation report on a Local Magistrate who has been involved in questionable parking activities. They had a number of shots of her car which was a 95-96 SVX LSi. At one point they approach her getting into the car and you can hear the door regulator popping and squeeking as she opens it! Apperently she stole the parking ticket from a Nissan SUV that was parked behind her, and placed the ticket on her car when she parked illegally so she wouldnt be ticketed again. There were tons of shots of her driving her car, and her car parked. It was in really nice shape. Here is a link to the article. They simply identify it as a red Subaru Sports car.

Anyone see the red SVX on the news tonight? It was pretty much the centerpiece of the story, only they refered to it as a red Subaru sports car. It looked damn good on TV!

I did that a couple of times in Chicago (with my own parking ticket). :)

I did that throughout college - and got away with it on all but one instance (he double ticketed me that time).

Hail to the judge - she obviously has good taste :D

I tried it a couple of times (I think everybody has). The police in my neighborhood double and even triple ticket without thinking.

Well we know who she is, now let's try and recruit her!!

everyone needs to write them and complain about the lack of recognition that the car got

my wife called me at work tonight - "your car is all over the news, but its a red one!" :)

They've been repeating the story on Pittsburgh Cable News Ch all night. Might wanna catch it there. :)

Hey! I'm not weird, I swear it. I looked and didn't see a topic about this, so I started one. I'm pretty sure one of your moderators moved my post into this thread.

Either that or I really have lost my marbles completely...

Too bad I don't have "Stalker" anymore... :rolleyes: I'd track her down in it and make her join!!!! :D:D
