Torque specs...
 

I'm looking for the torque specs for the upper and lower intake manifolds, the throttle body, water x-over, and thermostat housing. Anyone know these or know where I can look them up?

I would look in the How-To Documents. I did and found this page with some of them. I hope it helps. :)

Torque converter to flex plate; 17-20ft/lb
Bell housing nuts/bolts; 34-40 ft/lb
Drive shaft flange; 17-24 ft/lb
Rear diff (2) long and (4) short bolts; 94-116 ft/lb
Driveshaft carrier bearing bolts; 35-42 ft/lb
15 minute/$15 mod; 39-48 ft/lb
2 rear diff mount nuts; 45-56 ft/lb
6 trans crossmember bolts; 40-61 ft/lb
3 nuts for trans mount; 20-35 ft/lb
Spark plugs; 14-22 ft/lb
All cam belt sprockets/pulleys; 14-22 ft/lb
The 2 bolts on the timing belt adjuster; 17-20 ft/lb
