Window scratches

So it seems that window scratches are common to the SVX on the door windows. Are there any "fixes" to this problem? Also im no glass expert, but can the current scratches be repaired?

Yes, very common. You need to clean or replace the felt pads that guide the glass. :)

I replaced the pads, didn't help.. I think it even got worse. I just don't use my windows at all anymore. I think the felt pads get dirty almost immediatly.
