Used front bumper cover not bad a few scrapes, with front license plate holder.

Are the wheel bearings and seals OEM?

The wheel bearings are NSK with the Subaru part number on them 28016 PA000 made in Japan the wheel seals are OEM 28015 PA000 and P010 nib I'll send you a picture if you want.
