has anyone put any sti emblems on their svx? if so where? (pictures please!) do you all think we fall in the category to rock an sti emblem? comments opinions and please post pictures if you have one on your svx

That never came on a SVX, so why would you want one? :confused:

The only one I know of is andivic's SVX in New York. He grafted the bottom half of an outback bumper onto it and has the STI emblem on the hood with an STI hood scoop.

I do have to say though it looks cleanly done. Almost like it could have been a factory package. Though looking at the older low scoop thrown on there makes me think it's not so bad. Maybe that's what I'll do with mine off my OBS when I put my S201 replica one on my Impreza. Have too think about it. I don't think STi badges should go on a car without STi parts though. Even if it's just suspension parts it works but othersie it's not Subaru Technica International tuned.

Betcha there's good odds that if the hood emblem didn't require holes in the hood, that STi badge may have been placed somewhere else.

Throwing STi on an SVX? Grab a GT-R and a VTEC as well! :rolleyes:

Somebody here has one offset on a black painted waterfall grille (wish I could remember who). I always thought it looked slick. But that's just me.

K_dub, that was me.

it was a carbon-fiber sticker on the waterfall, with an STI thing off to the drivers side. i didnt do it (previous owner did), but i did like it.

that was the car that was STOLEN :mad::mad:

hm, ya I kinda didn't think it really matched, I just was looking at regular subaru emblems and saw 500 bajillion sti ones on ebay and wondered if anyone had ever done it.

I am thinking of putting sti injectors and maybe a few other things, but I am actually trying to keep my svx clean and not really add much of anything to it emblem/sticker wise, I just was really bored.. lol I wouldn't ever put something on my car to promote something that I didn't actually have in it.

I've got a newer Subaru emblem in my 97' grill, but i'm going to see if i'll keep it whne I get some more opinions at Reading.
