NEC Classic Car Show. Meeting??
 

Could anyone intending to be at the Birmingham Classic Car Show please post up which day/s they hope to attend?

I had signalled my intention to be there earlier in the year, and mentioned it on the 10th Anniversary Meet, but unfortunately now I can't go.

Craig Weston would like to meet some SVX owners there, so if there are any SVX people North or South who can do the show, and would like to meet up, please use the Forum to indicate your intentions.

Also, anyone attending the show, you might check if there is any Subaru club with a stand. We could look into displaying a car at a future show, on our own, or in conjunction with a national Subaru club.

I would have been going if I wasn't leaving for Canada at the weekend. I'm likely to be away still that weekend, it's the 15th isn't it ?? Hmmmmm, would have been nice to get the MG up and running for that........... Ah well, there's always next year.......

It's actually on the weekend 9th and 10th. It may extend into the week, I don't know. The following weekend is the Bike Show. Normally I attend both in the same weekend, this year just to be awkward, they are on two separate weekends.

I'm actually here in BC now, up at Fort St John. Kind of a long way from the UK, but thats the work I'm in. My Canadian geography is not so good, but this country is huge compared to most of the rest of the world, so I guess I'm absolutely miles and miles from your good self.

Will you only be in B.C. or will you be venturing east as well?

I would guess not, we have engines out in Ontario and in Qubec, but my colleague is out in Qubec right now and the Ontario unit is working fine right now.
