Timing belt change and what to get.

I'm tired of procrastinating about my T-belt and am planning to order the necessary parts from Liberty by May (that means I'll have it in by the end of June). I'm gonna do everything down there while I'm at it I guess so that means I'm gonna need what?
1. T- belt
2. Water pump, seal and assorted hoses in there.
3. Front Main seal.
4. Camshaft seals? (are these necessary? I've never heard of one leaking)
5. Oil Pump.
6. T- belt cover seal
7. Stopper thing to hold the flywheel in place

I have 140k on the car and have been told that the tensioners should be replaced at the second t-belt change. Is that necessary as they are kinda pricey. If I need new one's I'll know when looking at 'em right?

Suggested gasket sealer for the seals and pumps?

Also think I should replace the valve covers when I do the belt?

Thanks for everyone's input.

Hi :)
Tensioner Pulleys: Yes Unless you want to wait until they start making noise. Then you have to figure out if it's the Alternator or PS pump.
T-belt cover: No need unless it's warpped and rubbing some where. T-belt cover gaskets? Use RTV or cut a section of the oil soaked expaned gasket out so it fits.
Water Pump and T-stat:Yes Unless you want to wait for it to leak.
Cam Seals: Yes they will be hard as rocks, don't wait until the shaft is cut. :)
The front oil seal comes installed in a new oil pump.
Oil Pump with o-ring: Yes Unless you know it's not worn from pressure gauge readings. The oil light tells you nothing about wear.
The water pump gasket is metal and doesn't need sealer except to hold it in place for assembly. Non-harding permatex RTV isn't sticky enough.
The oil pump Sealant can be RTV but I like Harding Permatex as that is similar to what you will find when you take out the old one.
