My dumb drive shaft disconnect questions

Do you typically remove the drive shaft before putting it on a tow dolly or after it is already on?

If before does it need the FWD fuse installed?

Is there enough room under the car to disconnect the drive shaft with out jacking it up first?

As a, stout gentleman, I would rather drive it up onto the tow dolly, as an AWD, and then unbolt the rear end from the driveshaft.
If there is not enough space then I would put a jack under a pinch weld to make more room.
But you, as a young thin buck, should be able top do this without jacking it up further.

stout; a word we fat guys use.:o

AND move it towards the drivers side and bungee it/duct tape it, to the exhaust pipe.
You can remove it if you like,
just be ready for the ATF to start spilling out.

if you are taking the driveshaft off get a lid off a spray paint can and you can use it to cover the back of the transmission to keep it from spilling out
