Just put in the Stebro and I now have the factory exhaust up for grabs. If interested, please make an offer. Would prefer to have it picked up here in Charlottesville, VA to avoid the packing and shipping hullabaloo.

Is it just the 2nd cat back or the entire thing?

It is the long center pipe with the resonator, the muffler and the exhaust tips. Basically, it's everything after the "Y" shaped Cat except the gaskets (one was used with the Stebro install, and the other is MIA).
