I finally got the contract for the block of 10 rooms to be reserved for the Reading meet

There is a block of 10 rooms guaranteed at a flat rate of 75.00 per room per night. Each room has 2 queen beds and she doesn't care how many are in each room. They are reserved under the SVX CLUB until SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2001.

All reservations should be made directly with the Hotel, with reference to the SVX CLUB. The rooms are reserved for Friday, April 6, Saturday, April 7 and Sunday, April 8. Any of the rooms in this block not reserved by March 10th will be released. (If you happen to make reservations after this date they will honor the club rate IF rooms are still available.
