The amber ale sounds good. I have a pale ale in the fermenter now. Hops make a huge difference. I haven't dry hopped yet but I always add them to the wort. |

I'm lucky to finish a malt 40 with out passing out. Something something malt liquor something something drunk fast. I remember (somewhat foggy) Old English Ice back whan I was in school. Had a big tiger on the back of the label and I was usually crosseyed by the time I uncovered it. My roomate would usually finish his and pry mine out of my passed out clutches and finish it as well. |
