I love how you can find all this stuff on the web now. For some reason, this phrase really cracks me up... "Brett trusted no one—aside from his girlfriend Pattie, his buddy Alex, and the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT—with his chrome-plated secret." Seems to me like a pretty broad range of people to trust. Ahh the good ol' innocent 80's when there were no govt. conspiracy plots in entertainment. :D |
Movies

How about the 'ultimate' car (or something) flick.
The Big Bus (ca. 1975) As I recall, when I watched that movie, I kept asking myself why I continued to sit there. Then. The next day at work, I caught myself laughing out loud several times (and looking around to see if anyone was watching). "Raise the flags of all nations!" :D :D |
I thought that we were doing TV shows (series) no movies.
Car 54, Where Are You ? |

Coyote
1 Attachment(s)
Not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet ( just skimmed through a few posts) one of the best (in my opinion) obscure/TV car has to be the Coyote from Hardcastle and McCormack. I know it was a kit based kind of on the Can-Am cars(actully a little bit modified Manta Montage kit). I am pretty sure they kept more than one on hand too..stunts ,etc... Not sure of power plant...sounded pretty mean though...could have been dubbed too. Body-wise was one of the coolest designs I've seen...even still today. But In my book the 308's from Magnum are my favorite..timeless,flat,fast and cool not to mention the best tv show there ever was. This might also be of interesthttp://www.codeoneauto.com
