Hi all

Sorry that I was not able to make it as Friday evening saw the departure of Mr Waterpump from my 750il.

Cue Sat morning pushing and pulling over two ton of Germanic bargedom onto the RAC van thing and off to the mechanics we go.

Should have it back by the end of the week, considerably lighter of wallet :barf:

Sounds like a great time had by all

I'm sorry you missed it James, and I'm sorry you had water pump trouble.

You'll just have to go back to a more reliable Japanese coupe. ;)

I look so young!!

It has been just over six years since I bought my SVX.....and seems only like yesterday. Getting old :-(

I saw one at Goodwood Festival of Speed but had nothing to leave a note on (it was a member of Goodwood according to a sticker on the car).

I was shocked at how small it was!! Then again, I've been wandering around in two of the biggest cars you could buy so anything short of a Maybach will feel normal
