Not that it really matters much but you're probably thinking about someone else's car.

Cant imagine it being anything but the usual Krylon
you can get at any hardware store or Home Depot.

Most any spray paint works, its the preperation that
makes sure if comes out nice, and stays nice.

right Zep ?

thanks what should i use to prep it some cleaner then a good sand down with some, lets say 400 grit sandpaper? and then some of that stuff to spray on to make the paint stick on better?

When in doubt, read the back of the can of paint :)

Usually all I do is get a bucket of soapy water, plop all
the parts Im going to paint in the bucket...let soak for a while
Then pull out one pcs at a time. Using 600 or 800
works fine, wetsanding the surfaces while also cleaning the
with the soapy water.
Rinse well with a hose and set out to dry.
After they dry try not to touch with your fingers before you paint or wipe each pcs down with rubbing alcohol and a clean towel
before painting to get any oils from your finger or left over off
each item.
You can hit each pcs with a coat or 2 of primer
After thouroughly dry wet sand again with just water
with 1000 grit
Dry, and now put a few thin coats on of your color.
Keep away from dust and windy areas till fully dry

That's right Dayle! I used regular spray paint, but the prep work makes all the difference. Make sure you take your time and do it right.

The grill was covered in carbon fiber vinyl.

Krylon make a paint specifically for plastic parts now, I've used a little of it, and it seems to bond better with plastic parts than regular spray paint....FYI
