Yeah, I just finished installing my 19's (The same ones DZA posted about). **Thanks a bunch for the pics and info DZA. The guy on Ebay who sold them to me sent them pretty quick. Sent them on Tuesday and they got to me on Thursday, the same days my tires came in. Oh man, I'm in heaven. I likey! :p I will be posting pics a little later. I have to drop something off at the Subaru dealership (just an excuse to drive the SVX).

Awesome! I need pics. I have my wheels, but they're sitting in the basement until the -45 weather and blizzards go away (read: June) :(

I went out and learned one on the wheel of my ride, and it looked really good.

My Stebro Center Pipe Setup looks different than the other picture posted earlier. The place where other SVXers had a smaller diameter tube welded in to accomodate a gasket, I have a flared end. Is this the same configuration that others with the cat-back kit received?

This weekend's installation might get interesting.....

gest24 03-01-2006 07:12 PM

ooooh interesting... Mine is schedualed for delivery tom. Might have to make a trip to the Auto Hobby shop to throw it on.

gest24 03-01-2006 07:27 PM

Dave, just curious, did you get the "instal kit"? Also, if you don't mind me asking what Dan Charged you.

wynndi 03-01-2006 07:41 PM

No install kit, just the center pipe and muffler assy. Good time to have 3 vehicles, I expect that I'll be running to the parts store/muffler shop 1/2 way through the install. If it all goes flawless, I'll let the group know!

Hope all goes well for you. I'm hoping he added the instal kit onto my order, he only gave me 2 tracking numbers.

There were no gaskets included with the Stebro? The OEM gasket definitely isn't going to fit. Does the flare have the same shape as the flare on the other end of the center pipe where it attaches to the muffler? If its the same flare, I'm wondering if you can use the donut gasket that goes between the center pipe and the muffler.

It looks like the resonator on your center pipe is also different than previous ones.

No gaskets or attaching hardware at all. I backed the SVX up on the ramps before heading to work this morning. I'll have to get under it this evening.

The "resonater" does look significantly different than the other photo on this thread, I'm curious to know if others' kits look the same.

That's what I did.

Just got mine this morning... I was going to run right to the hobby shop and throw mine in then I noticed a snag... http://web.mac.com/gest24/iWeb/Site/...s/DSC01087.jpg

Theres nothing to bolt to or on there. I E-mailed dan and asked what the deal was. I really hope I don't have to source someone to weld the center to the muffler. Also, my resonator looks a lot like your Dave.
