the last time i went over 140 i had to straddle the middle of the road to keep the car from pulling off the rain humps. if you balance the tires in grams the car shouldnt shake. i do prefer cornering speed over top speed though.

Balance will show up at all speeds. At certain speeds it is VR that will shake you off the road and you simply cannot balance that out with weight. You need good quality tires designed for speed to be attempting any speed records.

i know our cars are amazing on top end, but it would take miles to get up to those speeds,

plus the danger factor if anything jumps in front of you your toast !
