Re: Urethane K staff front half spoiler project
on a serious note, how would you blend this into the original bumper? or just paint to match and have the seam? thinking i can hide a FMIC behind that Mofo

Now those of you who are looking at it in less of a an esthetically pleasing eye and more of a performance eye. Yes aerodynamics comes into play and a beak cuts through the air better than a flat edge, but at the same time I think it puts more down force on the front end. causing the air to move more quickly over the front edge and makes it less like a wing and disburses air that would have previously flowed underneath the car more, up and over the flowing top portion. I'm not a physics major nor am I an engineer. But from my experience and what I've been taught about aerodynamics through flight, this seems more practical. And as far as those of whom say the SVX is already too low and they don't want a snowplow look at any of the import tuners now a days. It's a very common thing to go flat to the ground. But what it all comes down to in the end is... this is for those of us who like it. not those who don't.... :) I'm way stoked to have this option for such a small price compared to the Japanese version which takes for god awefull forever to get to the states and by the time it's here you end up paying double the cost of the bumper just to get it to the US. And after that you still have to paint it! I'm way excited! :) |

you can put a FMIC behind the stocker but it would be a LOT easier to run the piping on this. |
Re: Urethane K staff front half spoiler project
As dayle knows I already got my FLATT half-spoiler and delta sides.(yes very expensive and much waiting)
WOW-For this price on this piece! THIS IS A DEAL PEOPLE. A very nice option to have for a redicuously low price! To figure you could get a front end and replica delta sides for about half of what my FLATT half-spoiler cost me. Nice effort Dayle. |
Re: Urethane K staff front half spoiler project
I "Might" be interested...but I have a couple irons in the fire right now, so I have to see how those work out before committing.
