Hey guys.

I just caught wind from an associate that there was an SVX in the "Fantasy Five" section of the Pick-and-Pull junk yard in Calgary, Alberta.

These cars are very rare as it is in Canada, but even rarer to see a semi-intack unit at a self-serve recker, and right at the front gate too.

Got down there on the week end to help myself to a few trim pieces, and to snap a pic of the VIN plate for our records. It hadn't been listed yet, so here it goes;

Network Name: SP-X (I don't own, just reporting)

Color: Liquid Silver with Grey leather interior

Manufacture Date: Decal had been damaged, comparing to the list, guessing 02/92

Current mileage: 215,000 kms

Condition / Comments: Junk Yard Vehicle.

Canadian car, appears to be no accident damage.
Missing passenger door unit, headlamps, wheels and cat.

Funny side story.

Drove my 97 Ebony LSi to the wrecker, and parked next to a beautiful 01 Canadian Impreza 2 dr in the lot. Love parking next to clean, rare Subarus.:cool:

Ok, on to the donor...

While there, a young asian kid and his white g/f walk by to take a look. He takes a good look at the wrecked 92, and tells her that he would love to get his hands on a good 3.3 H6.

She looks at the rally windows, auto seat belts, and dirty swede, and loudly states, "This is the dumbest car I've ever seen! Let's go!":mad:

While leaving, I get into my 97, and see the two of them approaching the Impreza I was parked next to, it turns out to be their. Well, you should have seen him stand there and eye hump my black beauty while she yells to him to unlock the doors.

I give him a little nod as I roll out, and he just stands and stares.:drool:

Always nice to see another Subaru enthusiest, too bad his girl's a killjoy.

Car is no more:( Shell was taken in for scrap after all useable parts were removed on 9/21
