If anyone (RSVX, Chris or 'The Ponz') is interested in joining up with the Diamond State SVX Club to caravan to Reading please PM me. We have 2 SVXes going to this meet from this location. We will leave Fri. 4/11/03 From the Independence Mall Shopping Plaza at 2:30 PM. The location of this mall is on Rte. 202 (Concorde Pike) north just past Rte. 261 (Foulk Rd.) . It should take approx. 1 1/2 hrs from here to the Holiday Inn in Denver, PA.
Directions are as follows:
Take Rte. I-95 (north or south) .
Get off at the Concorde Pike, Rte 202 N exit.
Go straigt past the first traffic light (Rte 261 - Foulk Rd.).
Go to second traffic light (approx. 1000 ft.)and make a right into Idependence Mall.
Drive to the back of the parking lot by the bell tower.
This mall has a bell tower lthat looks like historic Independence Hall in Phila.
PS: There are 2 excellent restaurants in this mall. Vincente's Italian Steak House & UTAGE' , an excellent Japanese restuarant for sushi.
