You know, I'm starting to wonder if i should be going to meets, it seems something bad always happens or almost happens to me when I do. Tonight coming home, I'm driving 65-70 on 405 when someone doing 50 cuts right infront of me, I slam on the brakes and the rear locks up and starts to drift to the left a little. Thank God he got out of my way and I was able to recover. Never a dull moment for me when i get together with you guys, :)

Hmmm, guess you'll need to be extra careful to and from the next meet.

I'm still full from all that fish.

Yes please do be careful! Perhaps we need to start having meets within a mile of you! :)

...the only thing notable driving home from Todai was watching ivtemt's taillights disappear down 520 in front of me. The black ones go the fastest.:)

Yeah but ivtemt had to watch my taillights disappear out the parking garage! :p

I had to do a loop around the garage to drive over and check out the Viper GTS that was parked over on the other side. It was all by itself and if I had my camera I would have takena picture of the 2 cars together. Then again, maybe not, I wouldn't want to make the Viper look bad. ;)

The black one went the fastest because I always forget that the speed limit drops for the bridge. That, and I haven't gotten a speeding ticket yet, so I haven't learned to slow down. :)

Maybe we need to escort Tim home, so if he does get in a wreck, at least he has witnesses and a ride. Hmmm, a convoy of SVXes.

I'm curious?
Doesn't the SVX have 4 wheel anti-lock?
or was there ICE?

You can get them to skid on a wet road. I have done it, but it is harder for them to break loose. :)

What car did this happen in? Isn't the SVX still out of commission?

FYI - Tim was driving a Plymouth Acclaim or something like that when his incident occured.

The reason he was driving that car instead of his SVX goes back to his original post about maybe he should avoid meets. :D

(I'll let him explain if he wants to divulge his string of bad luck)
