Hi All Wise Ones,

I'm a newbie this forum. I am the blessed recipient of Mike's (Longassname)'s wonderful 94 ebony SVX via ebay.

My struts are bad, so I was hoping I could get some input from the team.
I'm interested in either an airbag setup from Universal Air Suspension or the Ground Control Coilover with Koni Yellow setup. I think my SVX will kill with the right stance.

I would like your input while I wait to hear back from Universal Air, on whether you have either setup on your SVX and what your opinion is for a street daily driver application. Am I crazy to consider an air suspension?

Thanks in advance for your input and time!

Congratulations on buying a great SVX. Air suspension has been done a few times, the owners seem to love them. I am pretty sure the Konis are no longer manufactured but there are a couple other brands that do a direct bolt in. I think they sell some at SVXNation.com

Sean,

Thank you for your perfect advice. I'm connecting with them for new struts.

Could you tell me if I can search for an air suspension somewhere?

Thank you,

Mark T

I don’t know too much about the air setups. David Caron would probably the most expert. I don’t think he is on here much. If you are you on Facebook we have a very active SVX community and he is on a lot.
