So just about finished fitting the whole set, will post photos (before and after ride height) when everything is back in the car - as the interior should help settle things down a bit.

Koni's are set soft, which are actually a lot firmer than OEM with the 2-3" lowering Zoom springs that I bought from www.jauce.com

Part 2 ...The dust seals (2 off) are fitted to the strut tower top cover plastic pieces, and also (4 off) where the Koni's are mounted at the lower area of the struts - I made a cover plate that is welded flush with the outside lower flange area then turned a hole that fits the same dust seals, that way no water/mud can get into the lower mounting Koni bolt - so no chance or rust - see posting #5 for photo.

Will take photos of this tomorrow.

I can't believe how clean your car is underneath... Looks like it came off the dealer lot last week.

Thanks - the towers have been bead blasted and powder coated, all nuts/bolts/rubber pieces are new.

You can now see the bottom of the strut tower with new welded cover plate together with the dust seal fitted - this gives you just enough clearance to use a thin walled socked to torque up the lower mounting bolts for the Koni's.
