May be placebo, but after I stuck it in tonight I felt increased and smoother lower range torque

Henry, I don't believe it's a placebo. I noticed this also. I didn't understand how asthmatic a paper filter was, until I installed the filter charger.

Sounds like a plan. I should look into it. I have been looking for the part number. There is a specific part for SVX but I've read PNO for other cars that can be used as well. What should I use? What should i look for?

Um... Excuse me, but what's a filtercharger? My car came with a K & N filter, at least that's what the decal says, but is a filtercharger "one step beyond" what's there now? Thanks, Ron.

I think you may have just entered . . . the "Twilight Zone." :D I've been around the SVX community for almost 2 years now, and I've not heard anything about a "stainless steel" filter. Anyone else?
