I know that is a,,,, Nay, The Subaru SVX site.
But I thought that I would share a project with youse Guys.:)
Its a 2002 Chevy Suburban 4wd
3/4 ton w/leather,
Lambo doors,
TV,
Moonroof,
Brush guard,
Hella's,
Videos,
GPS,
Killer stereo,
Back up camera,
5.3 V8,
And now a Jet Tech Supercharger pushing 10 PSI boost
and a water to air intercooler.:)
5960#s with no one aboard and an empty tank.
A-piller VDO vacuum and boost gauges,
42# injectors rather than the 30# E-85 stock ones.
LAN does not do a program for this vehicle, so we got the PCM reflash from Vince at Trifecta Performance out of Washington State.
14.3-14.4 AFR on vacuum and 11.5 AFR on any kind of boost!:D

What does it drive like...

LIKE A LEATHER LINED SCHOOL BUS WITH A HEMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool::coo l::cool:

Looks great how long did it take you?

Thanks Tony!:D
The supercharger and oil reservoir and reflash took about six hours.
The water to air intercooler and radiator, and related plumbing, making the grille fit over that HUGE radiator, about six DAYS!
Not counting switching to HIDs, and keeping the low beams on with the hi beams, and a very clean double gauge pod install at the A-Pillar.
I am very hapy with the final results, though!:)

So, the tuner finally got you a good download to use? How much "straight" run did you end up with leading into the MAF?

There is exactly 3" from the heating element in the MAF to the beginning of the gentle, 110° mandral bend.

This project doesn't have anything to do with getting Bill's racer to the track quicker, so he can have more track time?

OT and I are working on whether it might just have to roll down a hill to get to the course ;)

That's what I thought!

And Bill, what happens if his tow vehicle makes more power than his racer?

It will, but all three tow vehicles weigh ALOT more than The Racers!:p
460 4V in the Ford and 350 4V SC in the Suburban (eventually:rolleyes:)
and 350 FI in the other Chevy.

The guys at the local gas station have my credit card # memorized.
