For now, how about video:

http://newfear.knowfear.net/~sith/sithvid.mpg

It's about 37mb, so dialup people beware. Nothing extraordinary, just took about an 1.5hours of video and made a quick 5minute set of clips.

Will have all my pictures online later this week...

-Colin Awesome!!!! (my word for the next month :D )

I want to see more videos!!!

I noticed my car (as well as myself) made it in that video a few times...hehe

Currently my collection of unaltered pics is on my computer but I'm going to create a thumbnail page and reduce the sizes from 1600x1200 to 800x600.

Granted this wasn't too hard and anyone could probably do a better job, someone asked me to send this out to them .. can't remmeber who but here it is....just download it and then in the display function under the control panel, select "TILE" and it will repeat endlessly!! Enjoy! I found it take a little while to download with a dial-up.. just be patient!!!

Hi Eric! I really wanted the desk top you made....I clicked on your link, and all I got was a blank page....don't know what the problem is. If you get a chance, could you email it to me?

Thanks for the e-mail with the pics from the restaurant. Chris and Steve didn't look too happy...mabey they were embarrassed to be seen with us!

Colin, outstanding video! The in-motion shots are absolutely the best! What a great looking bunch of awesomely beautiful cars all together! Wish my LSi & I could have been part of it. Thx to everybody who posted pictures, allowing us way-out-westerners to experience the meet vicariously!

I've got all my pics online now at my personal site. There are a ton of them and they're not all in the right order (since they're from two different cameras). But, if you're bored at work, maybe they'll keep you entertained :)

I have now created a thumbnail collection of my photos at the following location:

http://www.mts.net/~dcss/

All photos are now 800x600 and take a lot less time to load. Let me know if you want a larger version of any of the pics and I will make it happen.

Congratulations for organizing this meeting!

It's Future Sound of London. Song is "Moscow-Remix" off the Accelerator disc. But really, I just chose it by sorting my iTunes playlist by duration and picking a song that was 4minutes 55 seconds. :)

Okay, folks. I finally figured out out to establish my locker and post pics too. Unfortunately I can't compete with all the tech guys (great jobs with videos and excellent photos!), but for an old guy, they aren't too bad - they will certainly provide me some very pleasant memories of a wonderful weekend of SVXNESS (Thanks again, Larry and Rosie!). I hope they will for you too.
It was great to see old friends and make new friends at the meet. Makes you proud to be American!
Hope you all like the pics
Harry;) :D

Harry,
Great pics! I'll definitely have to snag a few of those for my "memory book."

I keep bringing my camera to these meets, and then, I never get it out of the bag. I always figure there'll be plenty of snaps to snag afterwards.

I appreciate those of you who recorded this momentous occasion on "digital" celluloid. :D

Maybe we could get some of these, plus the really neat video John Rowe did at the E. TN meet a year ago, on VHS, so we could show them at future meets. Perhaps build up a library of meet videos.

Speaking of John R., (John19688) he seems to have vanished. Anyone heard from him lately?

Hey, Rich. Great pics! Love the pics from your upstairs hotel window. Wish I had thought of that!

Great meeting you at the meet. Enjoyed seeing the GT too. Too bad you no longer have the SVX, but at least you were able to come for the Anniversary Meet! All those SVX's just brought a tear to my eye as I am sure it did you.

Stay on the boards!

Chris - once again thanks for running this great site. I visited yahoo yesterday and it really made me appreciate how smoothly this site runs.
I have one question about this site's lockers section. Is it possible to put a "date updated" next to each personal locker so that we would know when new pics have been added?

I went in to work last saturday and took advantage of the speedy connection to go through every locker. It was great seeing all the pics and also not waiting for a long download. Whatever you did to speed up the connection made a difference.
Thanks again.

edit -
forgot to mention, new 10th pics in my locker and I am still working on (read-haven't started yet) transferring my video footage to an mpeg.

Have uploaded pics to Kodak site.(link below)

This is the 1st time I've used them & the pics seem dark & less clear than they should. I also noticed their "slideshow" viewer cut in before it should have. It would be a good idea to close it then open it again if this hapens to you.

IF ANY ONE KNOWS OF A BETTER PLACE TO STORE PHOTOS ON THE WEB I'M ALL EARS!

I have a program which alows you to put 1900 still photos on a standard CD which will play on both DVD plavers and computers. It also will capture about 20-25 min of MPEG2 video with sound. Back ground music can be added to stills.

If we can figure out a way to get the photos consolidated I don't mind trying to piece something together. (A good winter project)

I thought of doing the same, but I have slow internet and nothing fancy to compress the pictures. If you could do that, it would be great. I'm sure several of us would not mind paying for you efforts ( provided your cost is within reason. Ha ha ) I think that is a great idea! Maybe one central mailbox could be established and everyone could temporarily dump all of our meet pictures there.

Cost won't be an issue if it can be done. CD's are cheap ( & I'm in the business of wholesale distribution for them). the main expense will be postage I'm sure.

So, All you Digital Photo People:

Do you think you can get photo's on a CD in finalized format to me? I can then take all I get & consolidate them. All ideas welcome.
