I have a set of Konig 17x7.75...They didn`t come with any lug nuts...Will the stock ones fit or do I need to buy some other ones....92 svx....What size tires should I put on there for best perf and handling....

Most aftermarket rims require the use of "tuner" lugs. That way you can also get something nice looking to go with the rims.
As for tires, 225/45/17 is a near perfect match in diameter. You could go 245/40/17 but the lower the profile the more potholes etc. become an issue and ride quality diminishes.

245/40/17 actually has almost the exact same sidewall profile as 225/45/17. I'd stick to 225/45/17 size on rims less than 8" wide.
