I've got access to an 06 Sti that was rolled with 2400 miles one it.

I'm sure that the STI exaust (muffler, resonator) would flow well enough, but would it sound decent? Anybody done it?

You have access to all the parts? Wheels, brembos, dccd scroll knob and a couple other things interest me.

Wheels are toasted, I'll check on the DCCD, and brakes.

define toasted... I do not care about rash and stuff as they would be track wheels. What about the tires?

It wont fit..
you COULD take the muffler and resonator and fab up custom pipes, but..the muffler wont fit into the bumper holes nicely

It will be fairly loud. The STI exhaust was designed for a turbo application from the outset. As a result the turbocharger itself was figured into the sound dampening. I've heard an STI exhaust on a naturally aspirated 2.5, and it had quite the bark to it. I can imagine it would be quite loud on a 3.3, but less raspy.

Hmm, perhaps an additional resonator or cherry bomb early in the system could mitigate this?

I think you'd be spending too much time and money to make this work. There are probably easier, cheaper methods out there. Sell the STi muffler on NASIOC and then do a proper setup on the SVX...
