Im not making this up:


Under a ruling this month by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, such surveillance -- which does not capture the content of the communications -- can be conducted without a wiretap warrant, because internet users have no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in the data when using the internet.

It said that IP's can be collected .... however this sick twisted government then takes that to mean your entire computer is subject to the GOVERNMENT placing SPYWARE on YOUR HOME computer to collect information about you.


Big Brother? Ha! Big brother was a pussy compared to this. Big brother could only watch you and hear what you said. This is BIG BAD ASS BROTHER that now controls your computer.

I have 4 pc's and 12 hd's which get swapped and zero filled every few months. A few friends of mine work for a private internet security firm that go to even greater lengths to clean themselves. Stupid big bad brother.
