We had some 18x8 Ace wheels in stock, thought Id try
them on our 97.
+40mm offset
225-40-18 tires for a nice fit...
I like em, not a bad look.
Going to take more pics this weekend.

Are they directional wheels? If not one side would blow and the other side would suck!! :p

And if they are directional, swap corners and you could do wicked donuts :p :D

Actually, all four of those rims suck (or blow if you prefer) :p :D :p
Sorry Dale, not one of your better choices

That's the same size and offset that a lot of people are running on their Acura Rsx. (The RSX shares the same bolt pattern as the SVX.) If any of you are looking for nice some nice rims you may be able to find a good deal on some over at ClubRSX. I bought a set of lighweight 17X7 10 spoke Orbits (identical to Nakayama Zorro) in hyperblack with nearly new BF Goodrich KD tires for only $900 CDN. The guy threw in the center caps, a set of Kyokugen hollow lugs and centering rings. I've attached a pick of exactly what I bought when they were on his car. (He was sponsored.)

Just a thought.

I'm holding out for some Gold 17x8 Volk Racing GT-U's. Everytime I contact one of there distributors about them, they never contact me back with a price.

Go figure, they never contact anyone back..
I can get them but for like $580 each plus shipping
and it takes 2 months avg to get them from JP.
We just ordered a silver set for my brothers STi

they arent directional, they are uni directional and
designed to properly flow either way.
They are directly taking from the new AMG SLR design
used on those production MCBs.
I tried them on my pewter car, they hit the large brake kit.
Thought about putting them on the silver car, but the Muranos
are staying on for now.
They would look really good on silver or a black car too.
I need to lower this car next, maybe by Summer...
