Im looking for an svx with either a failed trans engine etc.. the biggest thing im looking for is a good body. SPANKS!

im in ohio and i have a svx with 101k strong engine, i thought the tranny was good til last night it died on a hill... im hoping to get 1800 out of it but im open to offer, the body is in great shape except for a small 3 in ding just behind the passenger door. thanks

Thats a little bit of a drive. Im not sure if my tow guy wants to go that far. i can ask thou.;. can you transport it or no?

I'd be willing to drive to VA. Only about 4hrs or so.

The money you would save on not having to make mechanical repairs, could be put into making it look better then new.

I prefer to sell to an SVX fan.

Thanks for the reply. I have a good one and my wife does too. The reason I want one with mechancial issues and no body issues is becuase I have been rearended 3 times in the past 3 years. totaled one of my cars and nearly another. the 3rd one I was in a 4x4 truck so it didnt do anything. I want a spare car to sit on.

my claret is still for sale, i can have a 20 day plate put on it and you can drive it home, ill even pick you up from the airport if you dont wantto drive up or i can meet you in the ct area. pm me if you still have interest

Got my car, in sig. Very clean, a couple parking lot scrapes, missing one front pinion tooth (i am an idiot), but new trans rebuild, clean interior, still driveable... hope to sell soon

Rebuilt trans / missing pinon tooth:confused: how does that happen? Do you think it would make it to VA? Also do you have any pic's you could send or post? thanks.
