92 SVX Ls-L Pearl White 187k miles $3000 obo Phillipsburg, NJ

I've had this SVX for about 1 year and I am the 3rd owner. I love this car, but I have a 3rd child on the way and it just isn't practical enough anymore. The car is in good mechanical condition and the cosmetics are nice, but not perfect. There are no dents but the pait could use a touch up here and there. KBB for good condition is $3,400 and fair is $2,800 so I think my asking price is fair. It has every option except the spoiler and everything works great. It also has a k&N intake which adds a nice sound. I have all the maintanence records from the second owner who owned it for a long time. In the last year, I have done the brakes, timing belt and oil changes. I will post pictures tomorow. I really wish that I didn't have to give her up.

I went through the service records from the previous owner so that I could report when major service was done:

* Water pump replaced - 117K
* Left rear wheel bearing - 118k and 124k (guess they did it wrong the first time)
* Remanufactured transmission - 138K (Subaru Dealer)
* Right rear wheel bearing - 142K (Subaru Dealer)
* Replaced Radiator and charged AC - 176K
* Timing belt and brakes all around - 182K

So, if you are wondering, there is just under 50K on this transmission. It has always been smooth, so I don't think it is anything to worry about.

As of right now, the best offer is 2500. That buyer will not have the money till June. If anyone else wants it, I promised him that I would let him match any better offers before selling it out from under him.

Just to put things in perspective, I would not consider it in a cosmetic condition of good. Fair would be a much more realistic description of whats going on.

I dropped the price to 2500 obo. In response to the previous post, I never claimed the cosmetics were "good." I even had the origial price closer to kbb fair than good. I also think that the post was in bad taste and should have been a pm. It is now below kbb fair.
