Bill, I ran into an SVXer near Terre Haute, Indiana, on my way up HWY 41 to Chicago, last Wednesday. He pulled into the gas station where we had stopped for a bathroom break and snacks. We were in the company van. I immediately started walking over to him as he stopped the car. You could see the "near fear" on his and his wife's faces. But, as he walked around the back of the car, I merely introduced myself as a "fellow SVXer." He said that he and his wife had driven from Maryland to St. Joseph, MO and were on their way back home. We exchanged pleasantries about how wonderful the cars were and comfortable they were on long hauls. Then, I bade them a safe trip and walked away. In the excitement, I failed to mention my name, the clubs, the color of my car . . . I forgot that I had the "club cards" that came with my CD purchase . . . in other words, I probably left them thinking I was a complete looney toons! Of course, for those of you who actually know me . . .

Yeah, nothing like having a brain bubble at a crucial time. I've actually seen two different SVXs in Huntington, but never in a situation where I could leave a telephone number, URL, or anything else.

Club cards - like the decal, only on paper? Everyone should have a small stock of those for slipping under windshield wipers, etc.

Yeah. John Rowe, Mr. SVX himself :D included some in my envelope when I ordered my CD. Nice to have on hand . . . if you can REMEMBER them.

One is a Red Lsi in Bristol R.I. off of Metacom Ave., saw in someone's driveway. Probably will stop in when I get a chance.

The second I see everyday coming back from work. It is a Teal something, no spoiler or moonroof. I am stopping today (have before but no one was home, second car was gone) it is in downtown Chelmsford Mass. Any of you guys or gals (I think there's gals here, not sure.)

I printed some of those "sighting" cards... seems desperate, but cute. I'll try them.

If "we" don't like the words on them thar' sightings cards (I lifted them from the ones on Yahoo) PLEASE change them. I'm not attached to THOSE words.

Suggestions will be taken and I can alter the *.pdf file per the club's will.

I talked the owner of the teal in chelmsford. It does have a moonroof and is a '92 LS-L. Exellent condition. Unfortunately suffering from the 2-3 slip. He might be selling it, 100k and pristine condition. I recommended having the tranny totally rebuilt. (he mentioned knowing that it was one of the first known transmissions with no upgrades). He hasn't tried tightening the belt. I gave him one of the cards. I think he was slightly flattered!
