I have seen a lot of "power" chips from $.99-$219 on ebay for SVX, so I'm wondering what's the best one for the money?

ECUtune is the only one that has been designed for the SVX, and is the only one I would recomend. The results speak for themselves.

The only one that will actually do anything positive is the longassname ECUtune stage 1 chip @ $219
The rest are snake oil.

I just looked and found you have a 96 model, that the chip woun't fit. Its only for OBD1 models.
