Ok I got a 5-speed and a rear diff out of a '91 Legacy, so I know the gear ratio is the same front and rear. What I'm not sure about is what the final gear ratio accually is. Anyone know what the gear ratio is for a '91 Legacy With a M/T and AWD? I'm think 4.11, but not sure.

My knowledge of older Legacy's is a little vague, but if the trans & rear diff are from a n/a Legacy you have 4.11 gears, but if from a turbo model you have 3.90's...

Looks like I'm joining the 4.11 crowd then. (There out of an N/A Legacy)

Yep, that'll be a 4.11 trans. Guess you'll also be joining the 5MT crowd... ;)
