seemed to run out of petrol filled up no joy tries has spark has fuel to eng after filter has had injectors electrically tested [aa came out no joy] when easy start fired in it tries to fire i suspect no fuel to injectors do you have to prime if it did run out of fuel it just started to misfire then cut out aa said it flooded thats why it wont start but he took s plugs out all ok H E L P ???

As far as I am concerned you don't need to prime up the fuel system after you've run out, it's not like a Diesel.

When it's a fundemental as this you mustn't rule out the obvious though........ have you checked the intake system, is it blocked or leaking anywhere ?? Does the throttle work ??

You said there is fuel down stream of the filter, but is the filter ok ?? Have you got any idea of the fuel supply pressure ?? What about the fuel pressure regulator ??

When you said AA checked the injectors what did they do ?? Did they check the resistance of each one ?? Did they check for voltage at each injector plug ?? Do the injectors "click" when cranking the engine ?? Are the plugs "wet" with fuel when you pull them out ??

What about security systems and immobilisers, are they deactivated ??

Lots of things to check really, or a quick walk through the phone directory for a decent automotive diagnostic tech.

The show is a major show running for a number of years. It's called the Japanese Auto Extravaganza.

So far, the SVX club has had meetings for members only. This year, the club is joining other clubs in this yearly event.

It takes place in the Billings Aquadome in Northamps.
