search by username

when searching for a username, i get zero results.
i've tried 'match exact' and 'match partial' and have even limited it down to specific forums.
is there something i'm missing here or does this feature have a glitch.
it should be noted that i can search by keywords without any trouble.

I tried it awhile ago and it didn't work for me either. There must be a problem with it.
