I'm not sure how many of you are from the Denver area, but we're planning a BBQ this coming Sunday in Lakewood. We're hoping for a decent turnout with new and old Subarus, everyone is welcome. Sorry for the short notice, but I really hope to see some of you there.

DATE: October 5, 2003

TIME: 3:30ish We'll start cooking at 4:30 - 5

PLACE: Addenbrook Park. Kipling and Exposition

DIRECTIONS: I-25 to 6th Ave. WEST. Take 6th Ave to KIPLING ST. take the 2nd exit which is the SOUTH exit. Take Kipling to EXPOSITION. It is the 4th light. Its the light after Alameda Pkwy. Take a LEFT/EAST at the light. Then you should be there.

FOOD: This is a pot luck, so please BRING something. Bring what ever you like. To 21+ liquor is allowed.

Here are some ideas what to bring:
Hamburgers, Brats, buns for the brats and burgers, soda, chips & dips, baked beans, macoroni salad, fruit salad, potato salad, desserts like pie, cookies etc.

I guess there's no one here from Denver/Lakewood? But there are 13 views, so .

Definitely still a go. There should be quite a variety of Subarus. I think everyone would like to see some SVXs show up, so I hope you can make it!

The Broncos play early (11am) on Sunday, so there will be no time conflicts....
I am going to try to make it after the game. :)

Thanks for coming, guys, it was great meeting you. Hopefully next time we plan something like this, it won't be on such short notice. I'll try to post pics when I get them from Max (the kid with the Camaro). :)

Just to let everyone know.....

This Suby gathering was really nice. There were all kinds of Subarus; XT6, BRAT, GL's, Impreza Sti, WRX, and three SVX's. Everyone seemed to have a good time, and the food was GREAT!

The SVX's were very popular. Thanks to all who organized this gathering. Mabey next time there will be more SVX's!
