I've seen that! Totally cool! It's actually from a Japanese game show. Somewhere I have the real link which you can alter to view the rest of the clips they have on the site. I will see if I can dig it up. :)

If you change the "10" to a different number there are several clips to view. Some are really way-out strange and stupid but others are pretty good. That one is the best though.
